90-minute Intermediate Bellydance Training (7:00 – 8:30 PM)

This class focuses on bellydance drills and conditioning techniques, core-strengthening exercises and stretches for the first portion of the class. Students are then taught intricate bellydance combinations, layering techniques, prop work (veils, swords, etc.), mini choreographies and more! This is an ongoing class, and students should have at least 6 months previous bellydance instruction. Skills learned in this class can easily be translated to cabaret, tribal or fusion bellydance.
