The third annual Carnival Noir rolls back into the Cincinnati area with another dark and whimsical tale of woe! Draconia and Loren the Black return as your on-screen devilish guides for a night of voodoo and vice, complete with tarot readers, make-up artists, vendors and more… don’t miss it!

Performances by Asrar al Badra, Bollywood Babes, Bondaura & Rhiannon, Chimera, Christiane Nicoulin, Dante’s Gypsy Circus, Karma Geddon, Mayan Ruins, Mellie & Robyn, Loren the Black, Navitas Tribal and Zahara… and maybe another surprise!
